A couple of weeks ago, Thy National Park invited a dedicated group from near and far to a workshop as part of the more4nature with citizen science project. The goal was to highlight everything already happening in the national park today related to Citizen Science while also discussing opportunities for further developing public engagement in Denmark’s oldest national park. There are exciting perspectives in addition to the great results already achieved. A big thank you to Else Østergaard Andersen, Jeppe Pilgaard, and Cathrine Sørensen for hosting the workshop, and thanks to the participants for their great engagement on a late afternoon at the national park center in Vorupør.
